We are pleased to offer shipping services to all 48 contiguous states (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) within the United States. Meal plans are designed based on your dog's food preferences, health considerations, and any allergies. We prioritize environmentally friendly packaging for our nutritious meal plans, which are fresh, flavorful, and delicious. Our meal preparation, shipping, and delivery processes are meticulously timed to provide your pet with the highest quality of care.
Please note that our delivery schedule is designed for optimal freshness, requiring a one-week window from preparation to delivery. All meals are made fresh to order, ensuring the highest quality for our customers. Exceptions may be possible if requested before billing. Thank you for your understanding!
We take the safety and quality of our delivered food very seriously and take measures to ensure that our deliveries are well-insulated and safe to eat. If your food arrives and each pouch is still partially frozen, you can feel confident it is safe to consume. In this case, you have two options: refreeze the food immediately, which helps maintain its quality, or continue thawing it to prepare and serve it to your pet. If any pouch feels even slightly warm to the touch, it is better to dispose of it.

At Brisk Bytes, we strive to make deliveries as convenient and hassle-free as possible. Our packaging is specifically designed to retain freshness and keep the food at least partially frozen for several hours after delivery.
However, the exact timeframe can vary based on environmental factors and the delivery location. We recommend being available on the day of delivery. If you anticipate being away for an extended period, consider asking a neighbor or friend to pick up your delivery for you.

Large Boxes: Our five-pound and eight-pound meal portions are delivered in sturdy cardboard boxes lined with green cell foam packaging, which is both biodegradable and environmentally responsible. Medium Boxes: The two-pound and three-pound meal portions are packaged in durable cardboard boxes as well. Inside, you’ll find high-quality reusable insulated shipping bags that protect your food.
